Terms of Contract

1. Google Ads Policy Compliance

The client’s business must fully comply with Google Ads Policies at all times.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accuracy and honesty in ads and landing pages

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

  • No prohibited, misleading, restricted, or sensitive content

  • Maintaining proper business documentation and verification

  • Ensuring website and landing pages meet Google Quality Standards

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Limited ad delivery

  • Disapproved ads

  • Suspension of Google Ads account

  • Delayed or paused campaign work until compliance is restored

2. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information and documentation when required

  • Ensure products/services advertised are legally allowed

  • Maintain transparency in customer service, pricing, and communication

  • Keep website content updated and compliant

  • Pay the ad budget directly to Google (separate from agency fees)

3. Agency Responsibility (Global Info Edge)

The agency will:

  • Build campaigns according to Google best practices

  • Maintain continuous monitoring, optimization, and reporting

  • Notify the client of any compliance risks

  • Support with documentation needed for verification

  • Pause campaigns immediately if policy issues arise

4. Suspension or Delays Due to Policy Violations

If Google suspends or restricts the ad account due to policy violations, incorrect information, or unverifiable business details, the agency is not responsible for:

  • Loss of leads

  • Loss of campaign performance

  • Delays in delivery

  • Account suspension decisions made by Google

Campaign work will resume only after compliance is restored.

5. No Refund on Retainer Due to Policy Issues

If campaigns stop due to:

  • Google Ads policy violations

  • Misleading business information

  • Verification failure

  • Website compliance issues

The monthly retainer fee remains payable because the agency continues to provide:

  • Support

  • Communication

  • Consultation

  • Troubleshooting and resubmission efforts
